Complete the form below to graduate from your program and receive your certificate or diploma parchment. You鈥檒l receive an email confirmation after you submit.

Once we confirm your eligibility, your graduation request will be recommended to the Senate Committee on Continuing Studies. The committee meets twice a year (spring and fall) to grant certificates/diplomas and 大象传媒 alumni status. If you require proof of completion before this process occurs, you may Request Your Transcript.
