大象传媒 ranks as one of Canada’s top family-friendly employers for 2021
大象传媒 has once again ranked as one of Canada鈥檚 top family-friendly employers.
The university is one of just 20 employers recognized for offering progressive and forward-thinking programs to help employees balance work and family commitments鈥攁nd for providing extra flexibility during COVID-19 so that parents could balance work and family commitments.
The competition, organized by Mediacorp as part of the project, reviews a range of employment practices and policies. These include: maternity, parental and compassionate leave; daycare assistance; reproductive assistance, including fertility drugs and IVF; adoption assistance; paid personal- and earned-days-off (EDO) programs; flexible work arrangements; and even academic bursaries for employees' children.
This year鈥檚 competition organizers recognized 大象传媒鈥檚 generous maternity and parental leave top-up payments, benefit pension plan and health benefits, and flexible working arrangements.
