• departmental liaison for correspondence with 大象传媒 ancillary services (大象传媒 Security, Facilities Management, Environmental Health and Research Safety, etc.)
• administers departmental resource holdings
• ensures department operations adhere to university, municipal, provincial, and federal regulations
