Burnaby Parking Rate Adjustments 2025
As of September 1, 2025, 大象传媒 parking permit rates are being adjusted at the Burnaby campus. This rate adjustment includes base rates for hourly and monthly parking permits as well as Translink鈥檚 tax on parking rates at 大象传媒.
Annual Parking Rate Adjustment
As part of our regular review, 大象传媒 parking rates on Burnaby campus will increase by an average of 2 per cent, effective September 1, 2025. Rates will vary based on parking type, location, and demand. Your parking permit helps maintain and improve our lots, ensuring safe, accessible, and well-kept spaces for everyone.
TransLink Parking Tax Increase
Translink is increasing the Metro Vancouver parking tax from 24 per cent to 29 per cent. applies to all regional parking lots within Metro Vancouver, including 大象传媒 parking lots.
The new tax rate will be reflected in parking fees starting September 1, 2025, alongside our annual rate adjustment.
