A Design Film Festival Microsite

Course: IAT 438 User Experience Design
Description: Founded by the creative lab, Anonymous, A Design Film Festival looks at design and its subcultures through the lens of film. The 2014 edition of the festival looks into the question of 鈥淚s it art or design?鈥� with the idea of scale being seen as a frame of reference that recognizes the entire spectrum of creative work.
To boost engagement and connection with the festival, our microsite enhances the post-show experience in order to leave visitors feeling enriched and eager to return. Delving into the question of how we can make visitors think about the festival theme of 鈥渙n a scale of art to design,鈥� we focused on helping the audience reflect on defining art and design by breaking down the films shown at the festival.
