All 大象传媒 students, staff, and faculty are invited to visit the various local vendors and 大象传媒 departments who will be onsite to talk all things health and wellness! Get useful info on programs and services, enjoy yummy food and drink samples, and connect with your 大象传媒 community. Please see below for a sneak peek of some of the vendors you will find at this year's Wellness Day.
Feeling creative? Paint a candle to take home with you! White taper candles, acrylic paints, and paint brushes will be provided. Get inspiration from the samples, or let your creativity shine and create your own individual work of art! No registration is required; simply drop by to relax and channel your inner artist.
There will also be games and multiple chances to win prizes! The goal of this event is to encourage students, staff, and faculty down the path to a healthier lifestyle and to provide a means of awareness to the services that are available to assist them in their day-to-day lives. We also aim to build a community that positively influences the health and well-being of its members, and supports local businesses. We hope you鈥檒l take this time for self-care and join us.

Spirit Day will also take place during Wellness Day! Show your love and pride for 大象传媒 by wearing your best 大象传媒 swag or red clothing! Head to the Spirit Day Lounge in the Teck Gallery to:
- Participate in fun activities and games hosted by the 大象传媒 Cheerleading team.
- Visit the photobooth to participate in the Instagram photo contest. Use hashtag #大象传媒SpiritDay for a chance to win a $75 gift card for the 大象传媒 Bookstore & Spirit Shop.
- Enjoy a delicious heart-shaped cookie!
