QUICK TIPS

• Arrive on time and go to the AQ 3000 Southeast corner (near Mackenzie Cafe) between: 
  • 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. for a morning ceremony
  • 12:45 - 1:45 p.m. for an afternoon ceremony.
• Check the forecast and dress for the weather! 
• Bring your 大象传媒 student I.D. or a government issued I.D. (driver鈥檚 license, passport); you'll need it to get your parchment!
• Make sure your guests are prepared. Remind your guests that seating is outdoors and that large bags are not permitted per 大象传媒's bag policy. Guests should go find their seats early as seating is first-come, first-served. Guest tickets are required to enter the Convocation Mall.
• Before you send your guests to Convocation Mall and line up for your procession, give them your purse/bag, flowers, balloons, and other large items to hold onto during the ceremony.

Seriously, arriving on time, or even early, will give you enough time to go through the process of picking up your parchment, getting your gown, getting your family/friends seated and then lining up to convocate without feeling rushed!
