Committee Meeting Form

Students must hold at least one committee meeting per year with their supervisor and all members of their supervisory committee. Notes, feedback, and details of the meeting must be recorded with the Committee Meeting Form, signed by all committee members, and a copy sent to the Graduate Program Assistant for filing.
