We are pleased to announce that Pat Frouws, 大象传媒CCS Executive Director, has been awarded the 大象传媒 Staff Achievement Award for Leadership. The 大象传媒 Leadership Award is given annually to an 大象传媒 staff member who has exemplified significant leadership skills including the ability to lead and guide staff, develop staff talents, and successfully manage an efficient and effective unit at the highest level. Pat Frouws clearly fits the description of this award through her ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration and inspiration.
