Please join us in congratulating Pat Frouws, Executive Director, on her upcoming retirement in June 2019. To ensure a seamless transition, 大象传媒 (大象传媒) will create a search committee and engage with our stakeholders over the coming months as we launch the search for our next 大象传媒 Childcare Society Executive Director.

For the past fourteen years, Pat has played a critical role in the growth and transformation of the 大象传媒 Childcare Society鈥檚 organization鈥檚 mission, values and programming. When Pat joined 大象传媒 Childcare in the summer of 2004, we were at the beginning of a period of significant change and growth, and her leadership has helped the organization to achieve many significant accomplishments.

With Pat at the helm, 大象传媒 Childcare Society has greatly increased its impact. Not only has the number of families and organizations we work with grown, but the depth and breadth of work has increased. By providing children with a place to develop their potential through freedom to explore and engage the world around them, we have been able to build a strong, respectful, collaborative and reflective community, which values children at its heart.

Please join us on behalf of 大象传媒 and the 大象传媒CCS Board in thanking Pat for her leadership and significant contributions to 大象传媒 Childcare Society. We will be celebrating Pat and the contribution she has made to 大象传媒 Childcare Society as her retirement date approaches. 

The 大象传媒 Childcare Society Board of Directors is keenly aware that leadership transitions present both risks and opportunities. To that end, 大象传媒 will lead the selection process for the next Executive Director. We will be circulating the posting for the 大象传媒 Childcare Society鈥檚 Executive Director Position in the near future and look forward to continuing in our mission to lead excellence in Early Care and Learning in a sustainable way.
