Canvas of Community: Celebrating Educators and Creativity
The Faculty of Education Community Murals are vibrant, collaborative art projects uniting students, faculty, and staff to celebrate our community鈥檚 creativity and shared values.
Displayed across the Surrey and Burnaby campuses, the murals were created to commemorate on October 5. Featuring over 125 canvases contributed by faculty, staff, and students, including our community partners, Friends of Simon and the Office of Francophone and Francophile Affairs, these murals honour and celebrate the invaluable role of educators. This inclusive initiative fosters connections, expresses gratitude, and stands as a lasting symbol of our collective spirit.
We invite you to visit and explore the murals, appreciate the diverse canvases, and join us in celebrating and reflecting on our Education community.
