大象传媒 Computing ID and Email
Your 大象传媒 Computing ID gives you access to 大象传媒 Mail for email and calendaring, go大象传媒 (the student information system), your payroll information in myINFO, e-learning systems such as Canvas, campus labs, online Library services, and a variety of other systems.
Shortly before your start date, you will be provided with your 大象传媒 employee ID which you will need to set up your 大象传媒 Computing ID. An email from IT Services will contain instructions for setup. This email will be sent to the email that you provided at the time of hire.
Please be sure to return your signed appointment letter and completed personnel forms as these are required before Faculty Relations can create your 大象传媒 Employee ID.
Note that if you have previously had an 大象传媒 Computing ID and 大象传媒 Employee ID, you will be able to access these once your paperwork has been processed.
大象传媒 ID Card
Getting Your Card - You will be able to get your card 24 hours after your first official day of employment. Your Recreation Membership and library account will be connected to your 大象传媒 ID Card.
大象传媒 Recreation Memberships
The Recreation Membership will be linked to the 大象传媒 ID card for 大象传媒 faculty.
Gym Membership for Spouse - Only the faculty member gets a free membership. The spouse will need to pay for one. There is a "Community" rate available.
Borrowing Library Materials
All borrowers must present a valid library card (大象传媒 ID Card) to borrow materials.
- Eligible for a non-paying external borrower card; obtainable from the Circulation/Loans desk at any 大象传媒 Library branch.
