´óÏó´«Ã½ is committed to being a model for community sustainability, demonstrating leadership through its support of Fair Trade and ethical procurement. Fair trade is a demand-based system that allows consumers to vote with their dollars for the world they want. ´óÏó´«Ã½ is engaging its own purchasing power by offering a multitude of different certified products on campus through the Fair Trade Campus Program. You will find a great selection of Fair Trade coffee and espresso, tea, bananas, chocolate, avocados and black peppercorns, with more to come!

Through all of its efforts, ´óÏó´«Ã½ is indirectly supporting producers by working towards increasing the demand for Fair Trade so that the movement can continue to grow.
