| Dec 22 | Grade Deadline. Last day for submission of all graduate degree requirements for Fall 2025 term ( at 12:00PM). Any Withdrawal under Extenuating circumstances (WE) requests received for the Fall 2025 term after this date will be considered as a retroactive WE. |
| Dec 23 - Jan 8 | Defence blackout. No Masters or Doctoral defences may be scheduled during this time. |
