Engineering Science doctoral student in the
I earned my M.Sc. in Applied Computing from the University of Toronto in 2015 and received a B.Eng. degree in Networks and Communications in 2007 from Universidad Tecnol贸gica del Centro (Venezuela). I have seven years of industry experience conducting applied research in machine learning and natural language computing. My research interests include learnable compression for humans and machines, representation learning, information theory, and collaborative intelligence.

I am increasing the understanding of how artificial intelligence can capture the redundancies present in images and videos.
