Please note that all positions are contingent upon enrollment and budgetary approval, and are hired in accordance with the TSSU-´óÏó´«Ã½ Collective Agreement, Article 14 (E.2).

Teaching Assistants are hired in accordance with the TSSU-´óÏó´«Ã½ Collective Agreement, Article 13.

In order to be appointed a person must have sufficient knowledge in the discipline of the course to interpret the course material and competency in oral and written English. Hiring preference will be given to applicants with lived experience relevant to the course material, consistent with the TSSU/´óÏó´«Ã½ Collective Agreement Article 13.F.3.2. As part of job duties, employees may be required to undertake specific course designation training sessions.

Applicants must complete and submit the online TA Application Form by the posted deadline to be considered for a position.
