Student Computing ID Anonymization Request Form
As a student, 大象传媒 safeguards the use of your personal information (such as a first or last name). However, if you have an older 大象传媒 computing ID (such as jsmith@sfu.ca), it may contain parts of your first or last name that could be used to identify you while using Microsoft 365 apps and services.
For students who are uncomfortable using their older computing ID but would like use Microsoft 365 services, you may fill in the request form below to request a more anonymous and modern computing ID (such as abc123@sfu.ca) from IT Services.
