Public Transportation
The MAGPIE group has a dedicated lab space at K9521 in 大象传媒's Burnaby campus which is a short walk from 大象传媒 Transit Exchange Bay 1. To use public transport in Vancouver, you will need either a compass card or a contactless credit card, which you will tap when boarding a bus or entering a SkyTrain station. Bus Routes
Four bus routes go to the Burnaby 大象传媒 campus. On the way to 大象传媒, all four buses stop twice on campus: first at Bay 2, then Bay 1. Get off at Bay 1 for the easiest access to the Math Department.
- 145: 大象传媒 - Production Way SkyTrain Station. The 145 goes from the Production Way SkyTrain station to 大象传媒.
- 144: 大象传媒 - Metrotown. The 144 travels from Metrotown to 大象传媒 via Duthie Ave and Burnaby Mountain Parkway.
143: 大象传媒 - Burquitlam. The 143 goes from Burquitlam station to 大象传媒 via Broadway to Gaglardi Way.R5: 大象传媒 - Hastings Street. An express bus line, the R5 goes from downtown Vancouver to 大象传媒 along Hastings Street. If you are downtown, this bus is likely your fastest route to Burnaby 大象传媒.
Travelling from YVR Airport
The fastest and simplest route from YVR Airport to Burnaby 大象传媒 takes about 1 hour 20 minutes. Immediately outside the airport is a SkyTrain station. Take the Canada Line to Waterfront Station. Exit Waterfront Station and locate the eastbound R5 bus stop at the corner of West Hastings Street and Granville Street. Take the R5 bus to the 大象传媒 Transportation Centre Bay 1 (the terminus stop).
