Improvements to the PBC health benefits plan
Dear 大象传媒 Retirees,
On behalf of the Retirees Association (大象传媒RA) and 大象传媒's Human Resources Department (HR), I am delighted to announce that an initiative to improve the Pacific Blue Cross (PBC) health benefits plan, for all retirees who are on that plan, has come to a successful conclusion, effective April 1, 2023.
大象传媒RA would like to thank our volunteer Benefits Committee along with Steve An, 大象传媒 HR Pension & Benefits Consultant, for all their collaborative work to find the best balance between desired improvements and costs.
大象传媒RA would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Yabome Gilpin-Jackson, 大象传媒 VP People Equity and Inclusion, and Chris Hatty, 大象传媒 Executive Director Human Resources and Labour Relations, for their support to ensure these improvements came to fruition.
