Third Party Sponsorship

If you are eligible to receive third party sponsorship (i.e. funding from First Nations band, M茅tis organization, Inuit organization), please ensure that your sponsorship form has been sent to 大象传媒 Student Accounts no later than the tuition fee deadline for the term.

Summer 2025 Semester Bookstore Purchase Period will take place from Mat 1st-May 31st, 2025

ISC staff are available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding third party sponsorship and 大象传媒 Bookstore purchases. Email askisc@sfu.ca.

Books and Supplies

If books and supplies are included within your sponsorship authorization, an account will be set up for you with the 大象传媒 Bookstore. For invoicing purposes, the purchase period is 2 weeks before the start of the term until the end of Week 3 of the term.

It is your responsibility to make 大象传媒 Bookstore purchases according to your agreement with the sponsor. Any purchases made outside of the sponsorship authorization will be charged to your 大象传媒 student account as an outstanding balance.

Important Dates for Sponsored Students:

Aug 25th 鈥� Purchase period begins
Sept 3rd 鈥� Semester/classes start
Sept 19th鈥� Last day for returns/refunds
Sept 20th to 30th 鈥� End of purchase period for students to purchase books and course materials 鈥� all purchases final sale only.
