Linda Li is an experienced managing broker, community leader, and public servant based in Burnaby.

With over two decades of professional and volunteer work, she has earned a strong reputation for cross-cultural engagement, inclusive leadership, and civic advocacy across the Greater Vancouver area. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she is committed to advancing economic opportunity, education, and accessible healthcare within diverse communities. Linda began her academic journey in China, earning a BA in Chinese Language and Literature from Hunan Teachers College in 1990 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Shenzhen University in 1992. After immigrating to Canada in 1996, she pursued a real estate career, completing her Real Estate Representative Certificate at UBC Sauder School of Business in 2003 and her Managing Broker Certificate in 2015. She earned a Master’s degree from Trinity Western University in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at Belhaven University. 

Professionally, Linda has worked as a Managing Broker and Real Estate Agent with Selmak Realty Ltd. and Metrohomes Realty Ltd. since 2004. She has led operations across Richmond and Metro Vancouver, implementing inclusive service practices for multilingual and multicultural clients and contributing to urban development initiatives. 

Beyond her professional career, Linda is devoted to community service. As President of the Richmond Chinese Community Society, she has led cultural and civic projects that strengthen social cohesion. Her work as a Board Director of the Chinese Federation of Commerce of Canada promotes Chinese-Canadian entrepreneurship and business collaboration. As an Ambassador for the Richmond Hospital Foundation (2022–2024), she has supported public awareness campaigns and fundraising efforts to enhance healthcare services. Her broader service includes roles as President of the Vancouver Metropolitan Lions Club (2022), Chair of the Lions Club International Foundation MD 19 Dog Guide Program (2021–2022), and Treasurer of the Sea Dragon Sea Scouts Group. She is also active in the Richmond Sunset Rotary Club and has served on the City of Richmond Early Child Care Advisory Committee and Easter Seals BC and Yukon. Linda Li’s lifelong commitment to professional excellence and public service continues to shape initiatives that promote inclusion, healthcare equity, and educational progress throughout her community.
