Ceremonies and Events oversees 大象传媒鈥檚 event policies and protocols and works closely with the Offices of the President, Chancellor, International and Government Relations to ensure protocols are followed when Canadian and international dignitaries attend events at the university (e.g. Lieutenant Governor of BC, Prime Minister, His Highness the Aga Khan, etc.).

Ceremonies and Events is available for event consultations, guidance and advice regarding general event protocol, dignitary visits, flags, staging, order of precedence, speaking order and seating.
