Microsoft Office (now called Microsoft 365) was a collection of productivity apps that included Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and more. These productivity apps have since been included within Microsoft 365 and are available to the entire 大象传媒 community.

Note: Only staff, faculty, and student 大象传媒 accounts are able to download desktop versions of Office apps.

Microsoft Office apps now included in Microsoft 365

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Word is a document creation, editing, and collaboration app.

With Word you can:

• Create and format your document with Themes.
• Review work with Track Changes.
• Polish your words with proofing tools like Editor.
• Save to OneDrive, to get your documents from your computer, tablet, or phone.
• Share your work to chat, comment, and collaborate with others, wherever they are.

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel is a powerful spreadsheet application developed by Microsoft, widely used for data organization, analysis, and visualization.

With Excel you can:

• Perform complex calculations and data analysis using a wide range of built-in formulas and functions.
• Summarize, analyze, and present large datasets in a flexible and interactive way.
• Create various chart and graph options to visually represent data, making it easier to identify trends and patterns.

Microsoft PowerPoint

Microsoft PowerPoint is a presentation app widely used to create slideshows that combe text, images, and multimedia, helping you deliver presentations in a structured and engaging way.

With PowerPoint you can:

• Create presentations from scratch or a template.
• Add text, images, art, and videos.
• Select a professional design with PowerPoint Designer.
• Add transitions, animations, and cinematic motion.
• Save to OneDrive, to get to your presentations from your computer, tablet, or phone.
• Share your work and work with others, wherever they are.
