An official final transcript, including graduation, must be submitted to Undergraduate 大象传媒s by February 1, 2026 via STS. Transcripts sent by your school or distributed learning provider will not be accepted by 大象传媒 大象传媒s. 

All courses must be complete prior to this date, such that final grades for all of your courses appear on your Ministry of Education transcript by February 1, 2026.

This includes distributed learning courses (online courses).

The Student Transcript Service (STS) form authorizes 大象传媒 to access your official transcript from the Ministry of Education. Please complete this form by February 1, 2026.

To complete the form:

• Go to
• Select the option to have your transcript sent now
• Give 大象传媒 permission to request transcript updates of your official record until May 2026

Challenge exams will appear on your transcript as the course you are challenging, with the grade you receive on the exam.

We require your final challenge grade to be on your official Ministry of Education transcript by the document deadline of February 1, 2026.
