Deadline to complete your Student Transcript Service (STS) form, giving 大象传媒 access to your grades.

If you meet the qualifications for early admission and would like to be considered, please ensure your Student Transcript Service (STS) form is completed as soon as possible after you submit your application.

January 31, 2026 Document deadline for Entrance Scholarship applicants
February 7, 2026

Applicants to the Beedie School of Business must complete all items requested on the To-Do List

Deadline for applicants to the School for the Contemporary Arts (excluding Art, Performance, and Cinema Studies and Performance Production & Design) to complete their Supplemental Application (audition, interview, or portfolio)

February 28, 2026 Document deadline for all other programs
March 15, 2026 Deadline to complete 50% of all online courses
Late-April to May 大象传媒 will receive your official interim transcripts through the Student Transcript Service (STS). We will reach out to any students who are missing requirements or transcript information. If you do not meet the requirements at this stage, your offer of admission may be revoked.
May 1, 2026 Deadline to accept your offer of admission.
June 30, 2026 Deadline to complete all in-person and online courses for admission.
Mid-July to August 大象传媒 will receive final transcripts and confirm conditional offers. Students must have graduated high school and satisfied all admission requirements. Students will receive an email (not a letter) to their 大象传媒 email address when their previously conditional offer is finalized.

Keep studying, your grades still matter

Offers of admission to 大象传媒 are conditional upon your interim and final grades meeting the admission requirements for the program you applied to. If you receive an offer of admission but your interim or final grades do not meet our admission requirements, your offer may be revoked.

Important application information 

Course completion 

Current Grade 12 students (Fall)

All courses, both in-person and online, must be complete by June 30 to be used in the admission evaluation.

Summer school courses completed between June 30 and the start of your Fall term at 大象传媒 will not be used in your admission evaluation.

Students who have completed Grade 12 

If you have already completed your grade 12 year and are upgrading or taking additional high school courses, an official, final transcript, including graduation, must be submitted via STS to the Undergraduate 大象传媒s office. All courses must be complete with final grades on your Ministry of Education transcript by the deadline below.

  • Applicants to the Beedie School of Business: February 7
  • Applicants to all other programs: February 28

Distributed Learning Courses (Online Courses)

  • All distributed learning courses must be 50% complete by March 15, and 100% complete by June 30th. Please arrange for your interim and final grades to be submitted directly by your school.
  • We are unable to consider courses completed during the Summer for admission, after the June 30th deadline.

Student Transcript Service

The Student Transcript Service (STS) form authorizes 大象传媒 to access your official transcript from the Ministry of Education. Please complete this form by January 31, 2026. If you meet the qualifications for early admission and would like to be considered, please ensure your Student Transcript Service (STS) form is completed as soon as possible after you submit your application.

To complete the form:

  • Go to
  • Select the option to send my transcript now and allow this Post-Secondary Institution to request transcript updates
  • Give 大象传媒 permission to request transcript updates of your official record until October 2026

Challenge exams

Challenge exams will appear on your transcript as the course you are challenging, with the grade you receive on the exam.

We require your final challenge grade to be on your official Ministry of Education transcript along with your interim grades, usually available in April.
