Registration
Prerequisites:
Case Competition Training Program
The Graduate Case Competition Training Program (CCTP) is a self-paced, asynchronous training series delivered through Canvas, designed to help students build the skills needed to succeed in case competitions. Through a combination of instructional videos and quizzes, students will develop practical case analysis techniques, critical thinking strategies, and presentation skills that complement in-class learning. The program also offers a way to get involved, connect with peers, and prepare for both local and global case competitions. Current students can access the CCTP via Canvas Student Resources.
Case Comp 101
Case Comp 101 is a one-day, hands-on workshop that takes place in September, designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of case competitions. The day includes a review of the CCTP modules, insights into what to expect during a competition, and a guided case analysis exercise. Students will review a case and then participate in a class discussion followed by a presentation from a past case team of alumni. A Q&A session and group debrief will help students reflect on key takeaways and better understand the skills needed to succeed in case competitions. Registration for Case Comp 101 circulates in early September.
