Inuit Art Collection at 大象传媒
In 1970, 大象传媒 hosted its first exhibition of work by Inuit artists. Referred to as "Eskimo" art at the time, Curator-Director Jim Felter built the university's collection of Inuit graphics from the early days of the 大象传媒 Gallery. By 1972, the university had acquired one of the largest collections of Inuit art outside of Ottawa.
Artists mentioned: Parr, Kiashuk, Kenojuak
