Traffic Management
Traffic Management is an active process of planning, developing, coordinating, communicating and implementing traffic processes to ensure the safe movement of vehicles, mobile equipment and people. 大象传媒 Traffic Safety provides for the safe movement of traffic on campus. This includes management of community traffic safety concerns, large-scale campus events, emergency response, traffic enforcement, and ongoing community outreach and education.
As a contractor you are required to communicate and work with 大象传媒 to ensure traffic safety is impemented on projects where 大象传媒 community will be impacted. Any Traffic Management Plan must be submitted throught the 大象传媒 Contractor Safety Management System for review, alterations, requests and approval.

Required Documentation:
- Traffic Management Plan (TMP)
- A detailed plan that outlines how vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists are managed during any temporary disruption to their normal pathway or roads. The plan is a map/layout of typical BC Traffic Controlling requirements based on site needs, additional 大象传媒 requirements and specific procedures to follow on site. All TMP must be reviewed and approved by 大象传媒 Traffic Safety prior to implementation or alteration of the road, sidewalks or pathways.
