大象传媒

Up until 2007, 大象传媒鈥檚 Coat of Arms served as the university鈥檚 logo. In 2007, a logo was created to capture the breadth of 大象传媒鈥檚 programming and student experience, resulting in the 大象传媒 logo as we know it today.

The visual expression was intended to be practical鈥攁 simple, sturdy block that could serve as an anchor for a broad variety of applications. Letters were placed in the bottom-right corner to give the impression of motion and pushing the edge forward. These letters were custom created by renowned B.C.-based type designer Jim Rimmer, who came out of retirement for this project.
